my job never gets old…I am telling you…seriously. For brides and grooms to trust me with photographing memories that will last an entire lifetime is an honor, sometimes it can be stressful…but for the most part is is crazy fun…I have been doing this for the past 5 years and would love to do it for another 50. I mean, I will be 80…but I am sure I will still be cool and funny. The other day I got to be a part of something even more amazing. To say that this experience was fantastic would be a total understatement. I loved every minute of being there, all of the anticipation felt by the sweetest parents anyone could ever think of and the emotion that overwhelmed everyone in the room as this little miracle entered the world. I have been getting inquires about doing more of this since I posted some pictures on facebook and couldn’t be happier about it. I am excited to announce that I will now be offering .Born sessions. Since the format of this is a little different than your normal run of the mill newborn sessions I am still figuring all of the details out…but a couple of things will remain true. There will be no photographs of your “business” and everything will remain very tasteful and artistic throughout my time with you
. Please send me an e-mail if your are expecting and this is something that you are interested in doing!
Thanks for letting me ramble.

I remember the day your mama had you……all 6lbs 13oz of you. You were perfect. Perfect little nose and so tiny. I am sure she was thankful you stayed small in there and took it easy on her. Your mom and dad were so in love….Here you are one year later. All 16 pounds of you. You are still perfect. You are still tiny. Your mom and dad have never been more complete.

spring is nature’s way of saying “let’s party” – Robin Williams
Sam is ONE and Jack is FOUR…Claire and Jeff’s age will remain a mystery (mainly because I don’t know)….but no matter the age they look amazing and have a beautiful family! Both of the boys had a recent birthday and I got to capture these milestones in their lives. It is so funny photographing kids. I know sometimes the photo session is so chaotic the family leaves thinking “did she even get anything?”. I love photographing families and kids for this very reason….no 2 sessions are ever the same. Family pictures are so important and definitely worth the investment. The ability to look back and watch your little ones grow will be worth millions to you one day. Especially when they are all grown up and you can’t remember a time when they used to fit in your arms.
